Nosumi Shipping Information

At Nosumi, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary based on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched. Please note these are estimated transit times provided by our carriers:

🇺🇸 United States: 7–12 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7–12 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
🌍 International Orders: 7–12 business days (depending on region)

Please be aware that customs processing and courier delays may extend delivery beyond these estimates. These factors are outside of Nosumi’s control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may cause delays or cancellations.

If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will email you within 3 business days of placing your order. If no response is received, Nosumi reserves the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error, please email us at support@nosumi.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update your details, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.


Delayed Delivery

We know timely delivery matters. While we strive to ship quickly, delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control — such as courier issues, customs checks, severe weather, or transportation disruptions.

If delays arise, we will work with the courier to move your package along as quickly as possible. Nosumi cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, but we will always keep you updated if issues occur.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is outside of Nosumi’s direct control. If your package is marked as lost or stolen, please contact support@nosumi.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

We will also contact the courier on your behalf and provide updates. Please note: Nosumi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these fall outside our refund policy. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

If your package cannot be located, we may also recommend filing a police report.
