Cancellation Policy
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may already be in processing and we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

We want you to feel confident when trying Nosumi. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. We recommend using Nosumi for at least 14 days before requesting a return, as consistency is key to experiencing results.
If you are still unhappy with your purchase after 14 days, you may request a return anytime within the 60-day window. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package each order to prevent damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Please note: cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged product if the device itself is unaffected.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@nosumi.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. We do not accept returns or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to ship promptly but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Nosumi is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the courier’s possession. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
